THE UK JAZZ SCENE: a description
One big virtue signal for the elites.
It is the aural equivalent of pissing on the homeless. Most of it is about as relevant as Sade and less groundbreaking. Then we have the UK Jazz scene, that self loathing, failure of a music scene that no one cares about except a tiny contingent whose only real pleasure is a agreeing with each other that common people are racist, whilst another bunch of jazz musicians sit there with their mouths shut, terrified that they will be excommunicated if they say the bleeding truth which is there is no systemic racism in the UK Jazz scene unless you happen to be white (OMG he said it!) which is, believe or not, a triumph of the civil rights movement, something they have all shat on from their lofty position of privilege.
